Airbnb trouble

Has anyone had luck getting Airbnb support to actually help in a situation like this?

I booked an Airbnb in Sacramento back in April for Aftershock weekend because I knew prices would get insane closer to the festival. The reservation was around $760 total and the location was important because I’m flying in and won’t have a car.A few days ago the host canceled my confirmed reservation saying they were doing work on the unit and renting it to a long term tenant.

But after looking around more, I found what looks like the exact same apartment relisted under a different listing name by the same host. Same photos, same layout, same appliances, same location, etc. The new listing also seems way more expensive now because of the festival weekend.

Airbnb support has mostly just offered me a 20% coupon ($152 max)toward rebooking, but nearby places are now more than doubled when I originally booked, so it doesn’t really solve the problem.
So I’m left with two options, pay $115 in cancellation fee for the festival tickets and not going or spending an additional $1000 more to sleep somewhere safe

At this point I’m more frustrated with how support is handling it than anything else. Has anyone successfully escalated something like this or gotten Airbnb to actually investigate a host for canceling and relisting?

Not really sure what else to do at this point.
