Just took my nostril up to 13mm today, barely any pain or discomfort. I would say im probably half way to my minimum goal size

6g/4mm stretched tragus

Freshly stretched, so its a bit swollen and slighty achy. I do also have a stretched flat on this ear that I had at 8mm, but its been naked for a short while, Im going to restretch soon

Recently I have been getting a decently bad pain for a few seconds in the arch of my right foot, it feels like pressure and a cramp. Just before i sat up and my foot had the same feeling but didnt go away as fast as usual, so i check my foot and theres a vein bulging from the arch of my foot, i massage it and it feels fine. Anyway im wondering what this is, is it some sort of vein thrombosis or something different?
