The usb cable that connects to my OEM head unit screen finally stopped working after 10 years. I had already replaced the radio twice, both times with a stock radio. I can now only connect with Bluetooth and can’t use Apple CarPlay or Android auto. I haven been able to find it anywhere online, I don’t think they actually make this part anymore. Any suggestions before I just replace the radio with a non stock unit?

Hi, I started watching Hockey in 2003 when I was in High School. I grew up in the Baltimore suburbs and never felt a connection to the Washington Capitals. I randomly chose the Boston Bruins as my team, I have absolutely no connection to Boston or New England at all.
The year I started watching was the same year my favorite player of all time started playing for the Bruins, Patrice Bergeron. He will always be my favorite player ever! Watching the Bruins win the Cup in 2011 was a magical experience. I loved this team. I never had any family or friends that liked the Bruins so I didn’t really have a community to my fandom.
Fast forward to 2015 my fiancé (now wife) and I decided to move to Asheville, North Carolina. In the last 11 years North Carolina has become my true home, I LOVE it here. I started casually fallowing the Canes in 2017. I was like “sure I’ll have a second team why not?” Even though the canes caused me some heartache when they have eliminated the Bruins in the playoffs.
As the years went by players I loved on the Bruins started to retire/leave (Bergeron, Chara, Krejci, Rask) and then the trade of Marchand to Florida kinda weakened my connection to the Bruins. I still like players playing for them now (Pastrnak, Swayman, McAvoy)
At the beginning of this past season I found myself more interested in Hurricanes games than Bruins games. It really hit me when at the beginning of the playoffs I thought to myself, I really want The Hurricanes to win the Stanley Cup, it didn’t even matter if they had to go through the Bruins to do it. The Canes were now my team. There is a pretty good hockey community here in Asheville and it feels good to be a part of it.
The Cup run that The Carolina Hurricanes just has was just as magical as when I watched the Bruins win it in 2011. I love this team! I have a Seth Jarvis jersey on the way, Go Canes!
