What's the proper format for writing something like this:

It feels odd as is.
Went out foraging today and got a small amount. A lot were out there, but not ripened yet.
I thought about making Paw Paw Bread, but I read that baking at high temps mutes the Paw Paw flavor.
Has anyone here done this and can they confirm or deny the loss of flavor?
I'm not sure if baking it at a lower temperature will help, nor am I sure just how low you can bake bread at to where it will still bake.
I have an idea for a sandwich that I've been doing. I'm going to be making it on mother's day along with chicken Cesar Salad and Italian Wedding soup.
It's a toasted artisan bread with a creamy basil sauce (basil, garlic, mayo, salt, and pepper), bruschetta, fresh mozzarella, lettuce, and (currently) bacon, but I'm thinking about changing what meat I use on it.
I've been thinking capicola, but mortadella was also suggested. To me, Mortadella just tastes like fancy bologna, and I've never been a fan of bologna.
And ideas?
