Any extra advice?
Hi everyone,
I am new to the glp1 world, and I am on week 7 of tirzepatide. I’m on 5mg but I’ve only lost 5 pounds so far out of the 7 weeks. I’m eating in a calorie deficit, cut out sugar and I don’t drink, and I exercise within my limits. I’m disabled and cannot walk for long periods of time, max I can do on a treadmill is 30-40 mins and that’s pushing it. I can’t drive so I don’t have a gym membership but I have at home weights and a walking pad. I haven’t used the walking pad much but I’ve been doing core and arm exercises for 30 mins a day, and I’m just discouraged I guess. Does anyone have any tips besides upping my dose? I’m supposed to do that in 2 weeks and I don’t want to increase unless absolutely necessary. Thank you!
