Has anyone ever gotten useful help from emailing the Figure 53 support email? I swear it's a never ending list of questions from them and no answers. I'm actively looking around for other show control options for theatre if anyone has any suggestions.

I'm trying to get a cloud to move slowly during a 4 minute scene. It's supposed to be kinda janky, so making it out of cotton balls, gonna be less than five pounds. I'm thinking about possibly attaching it to some tie line, but any suggestions of something that can wind or unwind at a programmable speed?

Got some flats out of deep storage today and there's a small amount of mold on some pieces. Anyone have suggestions on best ways to address before we repaint?

I've got a prop I'm looking to pull across a stage on a line, and then do a quick release so an actor can pick it up. It's a small box, under 5 lbs. My first thought is a carabiner, but I'm hoping something a little smaller and easier to release without looking at it. Any suggestions?
