Can I please ask some advice on what a competitive Lord on Manticore build looks like?

Is the Venomous Tail worth the points? I’m thinking not if already taking Carrion Crow…

General, Meteor Hammer [50 pts]
Favour of the Gods [5 pts]
Talisman of the Carrion Crow [45 pts]

Manticore [120 pts] (Wicked Claws, Heavy Armour)
