Hi everyone,

I have been active here before, but am still looking for some volunteers, as some had to drop due to scheduling conflicts. But I’m a film student working on a short thesis documentary about experiences with pregnancy loss and how people navigate it across different stages of life, coming from someone who just recently went through a pregnancy loss.

I’m looking to speak with women in the Greater Toronto Area from different age groups who may be open to sharing their story on camera. The goal is to create an honest, respectful space, reduce stigma, and highlight support/resources.

Filming would be very low-key (small crew of 2–3), and can take place wherever you feel most comfortable. Participation is completely voluntary, and you’d have full control over what you share.

No pressure at all! If you’re open to even a quick chat to learn more, I’d really appreciate it.

I posted a few weeks ago but am still looking for 1-2 women in the Greater Toronto Area from different age groups who may be open to sharing their story on camera. The goal is to create an honest, respectful space, reduce stigma, and highlight support/resources.

Filming would be very low-key (small crew of 2–3) and will be filmed in a studio space in Toronto, Kensington Market. Must be available June 7, 2026. Participation is completely voluntary, and you’d have full control over what you share.
