I am making 2 of these for a client but I am not pleased with how it looks.

just finished this table, I know it is rough and I could have done a lot of things better, but I'm proud of it. It is designed to be for children 10 and under, that it why it's so short.

After a little over a week and with 34 hours of print time I've had my first failed print(the tentacle at around 8 o'clock). I know it is bad adhesion, I am going to wash my plate with dish soap and water. Should I use the plate glue on my second attempt, or is it mostly likely just a dusty/oily plate?
