i got 95 percentile in jee mains , is btech cs from geu Dehradun worth it? my budget is 20-22 max including hostel. and i am getting scholarship here

i got 95.37 percentile in jee mains , i am general and did 12th from tamil nadu. ik i will not get cs in good colleges by JOSAA . so please anyone tell me best college , i want good roi , avg package (>12lpa) . i am ready to study well in college , but also want good (not extremely good) college life. my total budget is 20l for 4 years including hostel , mess everything.
