I recently applied for a job on LinkedIn and was later contacted by someone from Hirez Manpower Solutions / Prosper Immigration Inc regarding jobs in Canada.
Here’s the situation:
- I’m from Tunisia.
- I had a phone call and then a Zoom/Google Meet meeting with them.
- They explained that they help connect candidates with Canadian employers and then assist with the immigration/work permit process.
- They sent me a retainer agreement for an LMIA-exempt work permit application through Prosper Immigration Inc.
- The agreement mentions fees of around CAD $2,500 split into two payments.
- They told me I only have to pay after receiving a job offer/interview acceptance from an employer.
- They also said if there is no job offer, the immigration process cannot continue.
Some things seem professional:
- They have a website, LinkedIn presence, and Canadian address.
- The contract references CICC regulations and an RCIC consultant.
- Government fees listed in the agreement match real IRCC fees.
But I still want to be careful before signing anything or paying money.
Has anyone here personally dealt with Prosper Immigration Inc or Hirez Manpower Solutions?
Did you actually get a legitimate job/work permit through them?
Any red flags or experiences I should know about?
I’d really appreciate feedback.
