My experience in Kadikoy, Istanbul
I was in Istanbul a couple of weeks ago, and I went to Kadikoy. I didn't want to stay only in the European side, where all the tourists prefer to see. And what I noticed was the vibe in Kadikoy was amazing. I worked at a nice little coworking place called Tio or something. And it was very cozy.
All the cafes in which I met a lot of cool young people from different places in the world were also amazing.
I believe this was the young/hippie part of Istanbul which I really liked.
My place was in Taksim, so I went there on foot, walking towards Üsküdar, then taking the ferry across the Bosphorus and a funicular train. I also walked back to Taksim from there.
It was a nice experience, just wanted to share it here.
Thanks :)
