Kobra 3 Max keeps smashing the nozzle into the build plate edge before every print. Tried everything!

I have an Anycubic Kobra 3 Max with the latest firmware and Anycubic Slicer Next (v1.4.1.2).
Before every print, after auto leveling, the nozzle hits the front edge of the PEI plate and makes several loud clicking noises before moving onto the bed. The PEI plate edge is now damaged, and even the metal bracket has started bending.
I’ve already:
Replaced the nozzle
Replaced the hotend
Replaced the entire print head
Replaced the PEI build plate
Updated firmware
Updated Anycubic Slicer Next
There is no manual Z Offset option on the printer or in the slicer.
Has anyone experienced this? Is this a firmware bug or a hardware issue? Any fix would be greatly appreciated.
