Ninebot 3E Pro bricked after first firmware update. error 140111
Got my 3E Pro a few days ago, connected it to the app for the first time and it immediately pushed a firmware update. After the update I couldn’t log in anymore, the app just kept erroring out.
Tried deleting the scooter from my account to re-pair it, which was a mistake because now every time I try to activate it I get error 140111 “Failed to activate and bind”.
The fun part? The scooter is now stuck ON and I literally cannot turn it off. Power button does nothing. Contacted Segway support and they sent me a copy paste response about clearing app cache and sleep mode… which I obviously can’t access because I can’t even get into the scooter settings.
Has anyone dealt with error 140111 before? Is there any way to force pair or reset this thing without app access? Feeling pretty stupid for updating on day one honestly.
