Basically i have high anxiety issue but before period it becomes so extreme that suicidal thought appear i can't concentrate on things don't like meeting people just wanny cry and chest feels so heavy with racing heartbeat like dhak dhak can hear it outside and after period for 1 week i am so depressed losse kgs and can't make myself up from bed any idea what to do?

Guys what has happend between them yesterday smriti was so mad on the field And after every century when harman was on the non striker end smriti used to hug her

And yesterday she step back harman did not even talk about her in the post match and when asked smriti about middle order batting she said its not my job my job is to open the innings it has been in notice since t20 world cup.

Do you guys think smirti should lead the team in upcoming champions trophy . What i think is she should lead because she will make her squad for 2028 t20 world cup and Olympics can't be sticking around with harman she is 37 will turn 39 buy t20 world cup and Olympics

I have cleared jamia B.com test but in cbse due to some reasons i could not clear accountancy exam but overall result is pass due to 6th subject i am scared that what if jamia reject my documents verification as comp result will come by 15 16 august should i go for admission or skip it?
