Question about CA Real ID

I have a DL that wasn't a real ID so I applied for a real ID, went to the DMV and paid $40. I specifically said I wanted to see if I could get real ID for my DL and they said I could so that is what I assumed I was doing. However, i just got the new ID in the mail and it doesn't say DL on it, it said "Identification card". I looked up photos of Real ID licenses and they always have "Drivers license" written on top of it so now I am quite confused.
Did I just waste $40? 🥲

Has anyone received their diploma

Just graduated in Spring and was wondering when we would have access to our diplomas. I only need a digital copy for my background check and have been reaching out to VAC about it but they've just been telling me that TSS is messing everything up. I wanted to see if anyone has gotten their diploma yet. 🫪

Questions about interviews for RA roles

Recently finished my undergrad and am applying to a ton of research associate roles in hopes of getting into industry. I have just been scheduled for a few interviews for RA positions and have started interview prepping but still had a few questions and hope someone might have a little knowledge about it here!

If anyone has experience interviewing for RA positions what are the common questions you get asked and are they generally super technical?
Additionally if anyone has been the interviewer for such roles what did candidates do that made them stand out in a good/bad way?

I am prepared to explain the projects I have worked on in detail, researched and understand the roles in which I got an interview for, and am prepared to answer situational questions using methods like STAR but I still feel like I could be much more prepared.

Where to get rid of furniture

I am moving out of on campus housing at the end of this quarter and have an ikea bookshelf that I want to get rid of but am unsure where to advertise it or which type of donation sites would take it. If anyone has gotten rid of larger furniture before would yall have any advice as to what method would be best to dispose of it?
