What's my next step in LA?
I had a single vehicle accident on my NC...
I ran off the road yesterday outside of Baton Rouge and slid about 20 yards. I have minor injuries but don't claim anyone else at fault. I just want to know what the next steps are for me to get my bike fixed. Should I just file with the insurance, cough up the cash myself, or run to a local junkyard and find a parts bike?
I'm not looking for someone to push me toward an attorney so please don't just badger me to.
