Can't capture Audio on the Xbox Ally X with Windows 10 using Elgato 4KX

I am a proud Windows 10 user, so maybe that's my issue, I don't remember having this issue on my ROG Ally X using Windows 10, so I don't know if I'm missing a specific driver, or I'm just doing something wrong and I don't know it.

I'm using an Elgato 4K X, the video posts just fine, no issues there, however the audio does not work, and I can't get Elgato as an Audio Source. What am I doing wrong? Am I missing a driver? I don't see the device in audio properties
