Hello, i was trying to figure out how to properly adjust my headlight bulbs because when driving at night it gets very hard to see the road up ahead, and the road markings. I was looking at the repair manual in terms of adjusting them, but they aren't really adjusting. Could this be caused by using LED ones instead of Halogen bulbs due to how the headlight housing is? Note: When running LEDs they have a short cut off and don't align properly

I’m leaning toward just getting a new tire, but wanted some second opinions first. I took it to a shop and they said they couldn’t repair it since the damage is on the sidewall.

To me it looks like it could be patchable, but I’m not an expert. If it’s strongly advised against, I’ll just replace it. Just trying to make sure I’m not spending money unnecessarily.

What would you do in this situation?
