Small yet important update: I forgot about talent orbs and most importantly; cotc restrictions. So no, the challenge isn't FULLY dead or a joke (yet), and you can scrap quite a bit of what I said in this paragraph. Though considering stages where Lunos is usable are easy wins and itf 3 unlocks lots of goodies, I wonder if any other units could take on these stages and finish the challenge? (Main paragraph below, please read!)

Years ago, battle cats YouTuber souptasta uploaded his one slot itf video before vanishing. Both itf 3 and all of Cotc were left untouched, so many were left wondering: "is it even possible to beat these?". Well, after all of these years, the answer is a shocking yes, and it's not even close. No crazy grinding, no months of farming, just the introduction of one unit was able to singlehandedly kill this challenge. But before I discuss this unit, let's see how the updates before him affected this challenge. Ultra forms (notably bora) could probably handle itf 3 and much of cotc, conjure could lead to some crazy cheeses (I'm going to mention him soon be patient!!), and many new ubers and tfs could aid in the challenge. However as of recent, this unit (soon to be 2 when the dark version debuts in EN) has completely killed all difficulty this challenge had brought. You know him, you either love or hate him, it's Lunos. Lunos is already notorious for being able to solo some of the hardest levels, like floor 50 of HT and IT; so it comes as no surprise that he can pretty much destroy itf 3 and cotc. Even if he doesn't have barrier breaker you can just use breakerblast (also idek if DLunos has barrier breaker; if he does the challenge is Uber duper dead). It's gotten to the point where it's probably not even worth soup coming back to because we'd all know the answer, Lunos and repeat. At this point if he came out of his alleged retirement all he would have to do is upload a sped up YouTube short of Lunos wiping out the cosmos. I just wanted to bring up the topic because both one slot videos are some of if not the most popular battle cats videos and I just wanted to revisit the topic all of these years later. Also yes, it was 100% necessary to bold every mention of Lunos and Dark Lunos.

As I'm typing this, he just passed. He always lived an awful lifestyle. He rummaged through landfills, bought anything he could buy, including animals which he left in poor conditions and didn't feed: he was basically a hoarder. This isn't the worst of his crimes. He is a pedophile who has touched several of my family when they were younger, including one of my cousins who I was close with. Quick note that my dad doesn't know if he was touched or not, so he could've been affected. I was infact close to being one of these victims because my grandma, in a stroke of genius, bought me to his house ALONE (my parents left me with her because my dad was in the hospital and my sister hates going anywhere). God knows what could've happened if I had left her side, if my parents didn't warn me of him; my life ruined in an instant. Note that I love my grandma dearly, may her soul rest well. Back to the sack of shit. He would often bring my cousin over NAKED, tell her that nobody loved her except for a few people like my older cousin who often was forced to look after her, and much more. Looking at her today you can tell it changed and I wish her well with recovery. I'm surprised anyone loved him. Sickening. Absolutely vile that they want to hold a funeral for him. Disgusting that my family thinks they can pray him anywhere CLOSE to heaven. Not after all he has done. Rot in hell.

Edit: rapist. yeah. he was a rapist. my bad for forgetting. hope his grave gets vandalized and I hope no holy imagery is put near that hellspawns ditch.
