What exercises can I still do while dealing with back pain?
I just had an MRI and I’m still waiting for the results, but I can barely bend forward.
In the meantime, I want to help myself as much as I can. Since it's free healthcare and the wait time is very long.
I’m overweight, so right now I’m walking for weight loss and doing:
- prone up
- dead bug
- bird dog
- plank
specifically for my back. But once I started exercising, I figured I might as well make the most of it and build some muscle too.
I bought a yoga mat and resistance bands so I can do dumbbell floor presses, resistance band rows, and push-ups.
What other exercises can I do without putting extra strain on my back?
For example, if the first time I used a condom, but the following times I didn’t and ejaculated inside—if the woman gets pregnant, would it affect the quality of the baby?
