I vape so I have no use for these.. I don't even know if I know anyone that uses em.. what else can I do with them?

I lost my coverage from Ryan White Foundation
So I was just told that I will no longer be able to utilize any of the benefits provided by the Ryan White Foundation. I was also told that I could reapply but it's very very difficult to get accepted back into the program. Has anyone else experienced this?
