Anyone want to share their experience with this surgeon/office?

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed 10 days ago and I still have a swollen cheek and pain that radiates down my jaw after eating and lasts for the rest of the day. I waited to eat until 3pm yesterday so I could be pain free awhile and then after I ate, I am back to sitting and being uncomfortable. My gum next to the molar in front of the wisdom tooth socket that is hurting is also still inflamed. Did anyone have inflamed gums next to a molar after this, with continued facial swelling? My surgeon does not pack for dry socket either, so I am not sure if they will see me tomorrow but I feel like at this point this isn’t normal?
