Is using the AI denoise a bad thing?

So I use the denoise on some of my photos that are quite grainy. It definitely helps but sometimes my photos look too smooth and AI-like. Or other times it adds extra detail. I feel like I’m kinda cheating since it is AI, and sometimes it adds more depth to the photo. Could someone correct me if I’m wrong? Or give any advice? I have a few photos that I’m quite happy with but I feel guilty since the feature seems to be adding more detail
to my photo, it’s set around 20-29 so not very high

Edit: I mainly do wildlife photography and shoot in RAW, still new to this so my photos aren’t perfect and I’m far from being a professional

Is it possible to ID?

I’m not sure if these are Mallards or not, located in MB Canada. This was taken at a marsh/wetlands if that helps with ID

exposure therapy at dentist

So I walk into the dentist already anxious because I hate it going there but I felt more confident than usual. I go take a seat and there’s wet spots on the carpet (like someone vomited and it was cleaned up) and I could still smell the cleaner solution so it was obviously fresh :/ I go to a different area and cover my nose with my sweater thinking it would help and start tearing up. Then I’m always anxious with the dentists putting tools in my mouth (contamination worry) and getting X-rays for my teeth which just felt gross.

I thought I made progress with this phobia (telling myself if it happens, it happens) but I just feel so frustrated even though it was nobody’s fault, idk how to explain it. I understand you can’t avoid these kinds of things in life and it sucks. Now it’s just a waiting game to see if anything happens. Only positives of today are that I got my teeth X-rayed after years of anxiety, and got a decent amount of exposure therapy.

What water should I put in my bird bath?

I’ve been using hose water, but I recently read it could have unsafe additives for birds. I think it’s safe for human consumption as I live in the city but worry it’s not safe for birds & I let the hose run for a minute before filling my bird bath with it. Should I continue to use hose water or switch to Bottled spring water or just use tap water?

Sore nipples?

For the past 2 or so days I’ve realized my nipples have been quite sore/sensitive. Not my breasts, just my nipples? 2 days ago I might have been ovulating since I had very goopy clear discharge that was almost like snot. I have a chronic illness that makes me struggle with weight gain and I haven’t gotten my period in almost 80 days. My weight has finally started to go up, so I’m not sure if I’m ovulating or not?

Could this be my hormones or something more concerning?

Bruising after infusion

I got my infusion a few days ago and I have a bad bruise on my arm from where it was placed, the nurse didn’t have any trouble getting it in or anything like that. It doesn’t hurt, and I’ve gotten my infliximab infusion many times before. I’ve noticed that I have been bruising more easily from infusions these past few months, could it be due to my low weight? I hope it’s not something to due with the med itself? I don’t get bruises from regular bloodwork, just infusions.

Why do some horses snort like this when galloping?

(Not my video) I have seen a few horses do this while galloping or cantering but mostly racehorses/thoroughbreds although I don’t think this a breed specific thing. Is this a good or bad thing to hear? Is it due to holding tension or something else?
