Video game leaker Shpeshal Nick has said on a social network that the Pokemon Ruby/Emerald/Sapphire ports for Switch and Switch 2 are planned to be released in late September early October. The ports of the classic Pokémon games have yet to to be confirmed by The Pokémon Company, but were expected to be coming.
Nintendo has taken steps to warn consumers that the pricing of the Nintendo Switch 2 is set to rise on 1st September in an effort to drum up sales via in-store kiosks. The message reads 'Power Up Your Play. The suggested retail price of the Nintendo Switch 2 system will increase to $499.99 on 1st September'. So, basically, buy now to save yourself some cash.
New styles came in, and are replacing what already worked before. Now simple drawings and 3-panel covers are all over. Gone are the beautiful rich images of late. Suno: one step forward, one or two steps back. The 'cover engine' started very bad, then it made somewhat good covers until a week ago, now seems to make bad covers again. But Suno do actually test its new stuff? Music still good, though (for now!).
Premier paying user here. First time it happens something so serious, so bad. Completely bumped outside the system. It's not like the removal of the lyrics generation or the worsened image generations. Now it's completely paralyzed, useless. What a joke of a company. If it's down just say "we are down' instead of 'using a virtual queue to limit the amount of users', that sound like a middle finger to paying users.
I generated two songs, but MP3s were broken having long silence at the end and showing incorrect time. It showed 3.xx in Suno web interface, while being 4.04 in an MP3 player. Then I generated another two songs, these one showed to be longer in the web interface 3.xx and shorter in my MP3 player and video player 2.xx. What's happening? First time it happens such a bug. Solutions? Is it Suno temporarily broken?
WAVs are clean, something presumably happened at their side, maybe they updated something that broke MP3s exportation. I'm completely stalled.
Suno, what happened with you, with all these updates the service became completely unreliable. First lyrics, and now this.
I'm ending my Premier subscription today. I tried everything with Claude to replace the Lyrics Magic Wand. I wasted tens of generated songs, but nothing works. Claude can't simply adapt my verses to Suno's musical engine. What worked until yesterday today it's simply broke, and since my subscription ends today I took the decision to kill the whole (me) artist. I already made 400 hundred great songs, so it has been a long (and expensive) fruitful journey. I haven't been able to complete my whole course, as I had much more to write, anyway I knew from the get go that this day would have come. So it is what it is. I don't know who decided to kill Suno for me, I don't know if some or many of you are on the same boat... as many have just different uses for this engine, so what's broke for me maybe is still good for you. Anyway, I'll miss what Suno gave to me. Everything meets its end.
The new Lyrics prompt is trash, why touch something that was great before and replace it with this useless thing? What's the purpose behind that? I mean, money asked is the same as before, but now the lyrics prompt is completely useless. Since we have to use external tools for that just reduce Premium price. Incompetents.
Unfortunately I think I can't keep up with my subscription. Experience collapsed and by using external tools quality of the song downgraded. I think I'll have to stop here with Suno. It's unfortunate, because I was a pretty happy Premium user just a day ago. With this change made by Suno's incompetent engineers AI song generation is so downgraded that's no use to me. I'll make a few attempts then I'll unsubscribe.
How can be a copyright issue the word "buono" (good) or desideri (desires). This is getting really bad, lately. Yeah, it's not dead, but it's heading that way. Things are getting worse. In months never had these problems. What's ahead? Don't touch lyrics, Suno!
If it's true that v6 will replace all models with the Warner based one then maybe everything will not ever be the same as before. As I have been told (by AI) everything before v6 will be lost because of those strict agreements when it will actually release, I fear that my stuff will not work anymore and that I will have to cancel my subscription. v5.5 is just perfect for me, I need that kind of big open model that suits to all my needs, and if the dataset would be small and tailored to Warner stuff it would be of no use to me. I don't how much time is left to still valuable songs. Hopefully many months. I don't really care for v6 as of now. The outlook is bleak.
It's time for the free countries (european nations, and Europe itself, Canada, Japan, etc.) to move on from US strategic partnership, US lost all its standing. It can't be all about a man or an administration, it's clear that the citizens themselves have become morally adrift, much to the dismay of those who still hold the moral and ethical high ground. This is just a small example, there would be so many (Ukraine, Venezuela, Iran, Taiwan next?). The US is collapsing, and it's time to move on and consolidate all partnerships outside US influence. Things will be different onwards.
I'm generally satisfied with covers, sometimes they bugs out, and this ain't good, but I find them targeted on the specific song and useful. Anyway:
I would like them to be in higher resolution *within* the MP3 file, like 1024x1024, hopefully not breaking anything.
I would like to be able to redo them by wasting a tiny amount of credits when it bugs out (like 1 credit per complete redone generation?)
Sometimes they lack contrast. A contrast check and auto-fix passage should be added to the cover generation workflow.
I'm pretty happy with Suno, but there is always the chance to improve it. I would eventually expand this post later.
[UPDATE] MP3 have been restored, problem solved. Rejoice.
It was all easy peasy with MP3 and now tags are f* up with M4A. Are we going downhill? (me) Paying user.

So, curators and platforms are beginning labelling songs made with or by AI. We already know that only slop gets done with a click, and that an actual good song need effort even using tools like this one, still everyone is impatient as labelling our work this way or the other. Now, how to protect our work and our rights? Should we expose to all the perils or hide what tools we use and how we make our songs completely, because I foresee discrimination is next, or maybe it's already here (with curators?). Sone platform are already giving out multiple options like 'AI assisted' AND 'made with tools like Suno', like if the latter would be even worse. How to tackle this? Trying to hide or not, and where, just with curators or also platforms?
