I am a CFA level 2 candidate, and when I look for roles on LinkedIn, they say a minimum of 2 years of work experience is required. More recently, I am seeing "show what agentic workflow you have built in the domain" and "we want people who drive the AI agentic workflows, not just prompt the chatbot."

Anthropic releases new plugins every day. Am I supposed to purchase the $20 plan to learn Claude plugins so that I can add it to my CV? Tools like screener, tijori finance have already adapted to this change. For ₹150, you can get a good report with which a senior guy can begin his research. Why would entry-level roles go?

I don't have any pedigree. I don't come from tier 1 colleges or institutions. I feel very uncertain about my future. I would love to hear your take on this.
