Heat exchanger design

Last week I shared a short video of heat exchanger designed by me.
Here is a fast forward video of the process. Due to the time, I can’t send the full video but in case you needed the whole process, feel free to shoot me a dm and I’ll sent it to you.
Hope you enjoy :)

PS: the main fluid path and inlet and outlets need to be designed separately. You can do it with any CAD tool or use Claude code and OpenSCAD to generate it.

Heat exchanger design

Last week I shared a render of heat exchanger designed by me.
Here is some images of the process. Due to restrictions of the flair, I can’t send a video but in case you needed the whole process video, feel free to shoot me a dm and I’ll sent it to you.
Hope you enjoy :)

Fully functional lattice based heat exchanger designed in less than 1 hour!

Here is a heat exchanger designed using flow ADMS structure inside it for better flow and less pressure drop compared to other lattices.
It is not Ai, it is already 3D printed (similar object) and tested.
Spoiler: the rendering code was done by ai 😅 hope you don’t mind.

If you need the STL file or you have a question, comment below or drop me a message.

I designed a 3D printing Coldplate for AI chips in less than 5 minutes! (You can do it too)

Designing the internal channels used to be a bit tricky previously but thanks to technological advancements, they are not a hard task anymore.

This is a design I could make in less than 5 minutes (Literally!)
Btw, the rendering was done in blender and it took me more than 5 minutes 😄

Claude code token usage

Hi everyone,
I’ve been running two different projects in fable 5 (in two different devices and accounts) and I feel like it is using a lot of tokens sometimes.
I am not sure, but I guess the usage of token grows when the project chat becomes heavy and long.
What is the best solution? Start a new chat or it does not have any effect?

Anyone else with the same issue?

Horse park festival. Is it worth it?

Hi guys,
I am new to town (less than 6 months) and it seems like the festivals are on the way.
I saw horse park festival in ig and thought it might be cool.
Do you have any experience? And is there any individuals going and want to group up and go together?
Just comment or DM me and we can make a WA group and arrange things :)

ADMS is the best geometry for internal structure?

So guys, I’m sure many of you in the industry are already familiar with gyroid and other TPMs structure.
But does anyone have some experience with Adaptive Density Minimal Surfaces (ADMS)
It’s a special geometry by a Swiss company which is surface conformal and does not need any trimming, leaving no sharp edges inside of the structure.
If not using ADMS, what do you mainly use for your internal structure?

Internal lattices choice (ADMS)?

Hi everyone,
I am wondering for lightweighting purposes in aerospace or automotive section, are you using any unique lattice structures, sticking to gyroid or anything else?
I recently started to use a geometry called ADMS and it seems very promising to me as it is stochastic and surface conformal.

Has anyone else used it? What is your experience?
