Should I retake my Chemistry Regents??

(This is really only a question specific to NYS students, but any help is welcome!!)

Hi! I'm an incoming sophomore with a good couple of Regents under my belt (Alg 1 98, Earth Science 97, Geometry 90, US History 90, Biology 90, Alg 2 93). I'm really happy with all of those grades! However, I just got my Chemistry grade back and got a 72. (I had a 99 average in the class) I'm obviously disappointed with this score, but I also REALLY don't want to retake the exam. I have my sights set on an Ivy, and I'm afraid that this would hurt my chances. Does anyone know how much schools like that would weigh 1 subpar Regents grade? If I have to retake it, I will, but if it's not weighed highly, I don't want to. Any advice is appreciated!
