I'm an IT Manager 15+ YOE, but I feel I have reached a stage where I can contribute more than my role allows, my current environment is highly centrallized and policy drivem, so all decisions are being taken regionally, although i respect that structure, I am looking for a role where i have more ownership, propose improvement and my technical and leadership skills to make real impact.
