Secular OSDM

Hey guys, I’m hunting for secular OSDM that doesn’t blaspheme or have ultra violent lyrics( like cannibal corpse)

I can tolerate violent lyrics that don’t seem to glorify or glamorize it. For example, Jungle Rot and Malevolent Creation or Bolt Thrower. Correct me if I’m wrong on those bands.

OSDM Recommendations

Specifically bands that don’t focus on explicit gore or are overtly hostile towards Christianity. I love bands like Death, Malevolent Creation, Bolt Thrower, and Opprobrium

Part time real estate agent question

I’ll start by saying I’m 26 currently and I wanted to be a real estate agent since I was 16, the older men in my life encouraged me to first get a trade under my belt because after I do I can do whatever I want but the trade will always be there for backup, so I got an electrical journeyman’s license first.
I’m now a property maintenance building code inspector for a city. My job has great benefits, a pension, and guaranteed income.
My thought is to keep my city job and just do real estate on the side. I don’t really have any desire to quit my government job unless real estate absolutely took off years down the road. I just want another income stream to help provide for my family. Also my job allows for lots of flexibility where I could take calls and leave early when need be.
Is this a good idea or am I overlooking something?
Is it realistic to build a decent real estate business within my field of work?
If you were in my shoes, would you do it?
Just looking for honest advice from people who’ve been there.

I may have developed a bad habit

I play a lot of metal basslines that are pretty fast… I think I’m playing them all correctly but can’t tell if I’m sometimes using the back of my finger during some fast parts, almost like flamenco style I guess? It’s hard for to tell. If I am, is this a bad a
Habit?

Looking at card breaking

I’m a Collector by nature. Always drawn to collecting things. Pokémon cards never made it into that until now.

Given a long standing interest in fantasy and video games, getting into Pokémon cards should not be surprising, but it only started recently. The process is now being documented on TikTok!

Card breakers on the platform have created interest in that direction, with a desire to do the same. I bought a Black Bolt Elite Trainer Box, but intentionally left it unopened with the intention of using it for breaking content and monetization.

A smaller booster pack was opened first as an entry point to understand the experience. The appeal came from the act of opening and seeing the cards firsthand.

How do I become a breaker?

I’m in a thrash metal band. I have a Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass BLACK and a Schecter P-4 Exotic Bass

I love the Schecter cause of active pickups and extra frets… so I use it the most for our gigs and recordings. But I Just LOVE how the Aerodyne looks, just unfortunate that it’s not as good for metal I guess.

Should I replace it or modify it? I wanna have another bass since some of our songs are D# tuning and some are E standard. Thoughts? Advice?
