I’ve always really liked the idea of the death paintings, they’re half-curse hybrids all themed around the stages of decomposition what’s not to love?

So while i understand why they didn't, it’s still rather disappointing that the other six never received proper designs, and I haven’t seen many fan made versions either, though the ones that i have seen where really cool.

Regardless, I wanted to create this alternate scenario where the death paintings are all reincarnated, called the Blood Brothers AU (that name is way too good I'm certain someone took it before me theres no way).

From my understanding of how the death paintings work, this wouldn’t actually be a possible timeline if we go by canon lore because the other six wombs were too weak to properly reincarnate, but rule of cool always wins out in my mind.

idk how drastically this would affect the order of events, given there would be 8 slightly weaker Choso’s running around.

I know this design is contentious amongst fans but I am in the boat that loves it, I think it’s the best version of the black/Symbiote suit ever made, it feels both like an alien and a significant power boost to Spider-Man, with the hard plated design all over resembling the shell of an insect, interwoven with the wrinkly spongey flesh.

its like he’s wearing a suit of armour.

the giant milky eyes with the slight black gradient around them make them feel so much more organic than if it was just a flat shape plastered onto the mask.

it makes the suit look like an extention of Peter, not just a costume anymore.

I think I might in the minority when I say that I prefer the new Showstoppers Inc designs to the old ones.
