Deltarune community isnt a safe space anymore

Deltarune community doesnt feel like a safe space for queer people anymore. And i know it might sound bizarre at first but thats how I feel. I see people fighting constantly. Whether its Kris's pronouns, Suselle or Tralsei. I see the way new people treat characters. Theories that ignore the character's writing for the sake of a cool sounding theory. 90% of the time i see Pink mentioned its people talking about how they want to fuck her instead of actually talking about the character. I recently saw people ignoring what the character actually means, the allegories for trans people and self love. But they dont care. People treat Deltaruen so aurface level now. The Deltarune community has had some of the most illiterate people ive seen in my whole life and theres too many of them for it to be just a fluke idk but it drives me crazy. I dont remember the community being like that. Why is that? Is it young kids getting into it? Is it becoming more mainstream? And also people outside of the community are making fun of Deltarune fans which is just a bit annoying.

Im sorry this is just a directionless rant but I dont know what happened but being part of the community just isnt fun anymore. I will still keep up with artistic stuff like fanart and animations, and do some theorizing just by myself and my friends, but yeah idk it all just feels shitty

Coaxed into everything having to have a secret dark meaning

"Guys Susie said she didn't want to wear a bow 5 chapters ago she's LITERALLY being brainwashed this is so toxic holy fuck this is so dark. What do you mean its just a fun dress up sequence?"

What are your headcanon voices for Deltarune characters?

If Alpharad's recent Deltarune streams have ever shown me anything, I feel like JaidenAnimations would absolutely be the perfect voice actress for Susie, bar none. Raisei's voice, on the other hand, would sound like either Nagito Komaeda from Danganronpa or any of Michael Kovach's characters, IMHO.

Is there a single line of dialogue with deeper unrevealed lore implications than this one?

Carol pretty explicitly confirming she knows about us, the player, is completely huge. I don't think there's a single line of dialogue with deeper implications.

Dark world psychosis theory

I have been seeing this around for a bit. If its in-game or not I still think it needs to be brought up.

Dark worlds are a metaphor for escapism and it would be bad for toby to not give any backlash for remaining in a dsrk world for days and days on end.

When I first saw susie going to her new home, I instantly thought "this HAS to be unhealthy right?."

Typically psychosis has and comes in many forms, but the most common trait being unable to tell between whats reality and isnt, and susie confusing GP with Light Dollars as the dark world uses dark dollars can be a first sign of this.

This will without a doubt be brought up in the next two chapters as what susie is doing is insanely unhealthy and will damage her perception with reality.

And if toby is going to reveal the identity of the knight in Ch 6, I think it would be amazing if the knight is a serious case of this. Or even the forggoten man who can be the extreme case of thism

Deltarune Au: Sansy Kris

This is a combination of several concepts.

To begin with, in this timeline, Kris is the (adopted) children of Sans and Toriel, but due to certain events, Sans and Toriel divorced, and Toriel began seeing Asgore more often.

Kris is much more expressive and playful, and tends to be more social, than Asriel.

Yes, Kris learned to use magic, although they mostly imitates things they's seen Sans do.

For example, Kris is able to summon magic knives or their "shadow blasters."

Kris's theme song is called "X-Apple Core."

Kris often speaks calmly with the red soul (you) from time to time, although that doesn't stop Kris from having their usual mysterious behavior, even though they disguises their strange attitude with a comedian's mask.

As for their design, it's a bit of a combination of various canon and fandom elements.

The reddish eyes are common in Kris fan art, as are the colors of their eyes

The shirts are based on some fan art from Non-Binary People's Day that I remember, and their appearance in the Dark World is based on the fact that the fandom ships Kris with absolutely the entire cast of characters, and that Kris has at least had a romantic moment with every character and seems to have chemistry with practically the entire cast.

I remembered a post where it was theorized that Kris was bisexual.

The skeleton makeup is inspired both by their parallel with Sans and by a Twitter post where I saw Sora from Kingdom Hearts in the world of the movie Coco.

The apple decoration is because practically the entire fandom associates Kris with apples, and the makeup and long eyelashes suit them, kind of like Ralsei's makeup.

I hope you like it.

I might have simplified the design a bit, but I thought it would be fun to add so many details to Kris's design.

Although, it might also look really cool to draw Kris simply in Sans's clothes.

Let me know what you think.

People have been using this line to say that knowledge of the Dark Worlds has warped Susie's perception of reality. And while I don't disagree, wouldn't you also start treating all objects different if you knew there was a decent chance they literally had feeling?
