Hi! My last appointment was on April 27. It was my first adjustment. I see them every 8 weeks, I think. I got my braces on February 23. So my first adjustment, I got rubber bands for the first time. They only wanted me to do nights. Will that change?

If you guys have braces, when did you wear your rubber bands?
