Been dealing with american roaches really badly since moving into this apartment. But about two weeks ago I got home from a trip and realized a german roach hitchhiked home with me when I found it dead in my suitcase. So it could be either but I'm not sure.

Sorry the picture isn't better i have a crippling fear and didn't want to get too close or use flash and have it run away 😭
