Back Flexibility Not Going Anywhere

I've been stretching my back for a while now trying to get more of a curve in my spine and be able to do a needle.
I don't think I've been stretching correctly because I haven't made much progress and caused a low back injury from stretching incorrectly. Everytime I try a stretch I see online, My spine won't curve the same way and even though its meant for beginners it doesn't look the way it should.
This is generally how my routine goes:
Cat cows
Cobra lower to the ground to focus on upper back
Cobra
Puppy pose against the wall with arms up
Bridge

I haven't done bridge in a while because I'm afraid of it flaring up my injury and I wanted to gain more flexibility before trying it again but nothings worked even when I was practicing bridges.

I provided pictures from my stretching session today and I have my glutes engaged to prevent feeling any pain but I just cant go further, especially in the cobra. I also can't go very high withour my arms and legs supporting me.
Can anyone help me figure out what I can do? I don't think its an anatomy issue since I feel like I can go deeper, I'm just getting stuck

San Jose/Bay area Private Lesson Cost?

I'm gonna be moving to the south San Jose area and the closest rink is Sharks Ice in San Jose. I was wondering if anyone knew how much 30min private lessons cost at that rink specifically. My current private lessons cost $35/30min so I'm trying to brace myself for the difference in cost.

I’m currently trying to build a robot dog with Arduino Uno. It’s my first robotics project, but I’ve run into issues with the servo driver. I have 10 MSg90 servos connected to the driver but have been moving them one at a time so far.

When I try to move one of the legs, the servo connected to it shakes violently until I hold it steady to stop it. The servos were working for about a day, but when I tried again today, only the first programmed movements worked. After that, they stopped responding completely.

I had to switch to a new servo driver to get them working again, but the legs were still shaking. After testing, I think it may be a power issue. I’m not sure if it’s too much power or too little. I know servo shaking can happen from low power, but I also think too much power may have damaged the first driver.

My current setup: • Servo driver power port connected to a 6V 2000mAh Ni-CD battery • From the driver pins, I have GND, 5V, and analog pins connected

I also tried using a 5V 5A DC adapter, but nothing happened when using that. I don’t think the issue is wiring, so I’m not sure what to do next. Any ideas?
