Will it be very hot for some days?

I just got a spot in the Lisbon Half Marathon. It's a superhalf race, so it looks amazing! But I noticed the website mentions that baggage storage isn't available. So, will storing my bag myself be a big problem? I usually don't bring my phone while running, but I might if necessary. I'll only be carrying a small backpack to Lisbon, and I won't be running with any friends or anyone else.

I know I can stay in London, but I'm wondering if there are any hotels near Wimbledon that offer a more immersive tournament experience (but not too expensive). I have tickets and I don't need to queue.

The UK and China (or Europe vs Asia) would each send nine players, and the competition would consist of 73 frames (8/8/8/8/8/8/8/8/9) over three days. That sounds interesting.
