Genuinely curious — how do you figure out what to eat around your training? (3 min survey inside)

Genuinely curious — how do you figure out what to eat around your training? (3 min survey inside)

3-minute survey here → https://forms.gle/76noBMFMZiQ4qAGe7

I've been deep in a rabbit hole trying to solve something that personally drives me crazy.

I train 5x a week and my nutrition is basically a coin flip. Heavy leg day? I eat the same as a rest day. Race coming up? I Google it at 11pm and get 12 different answers. I've tried MyFitnessPal, watched way too many YouTube videos, and at some point just gave up and ate whatever.

I'm trying to figure out if this is just a me problem or if other athletes deal with this too — the gap between how seriously we train and how randomly we eat.

Not pitching anything. Genuinely just surveying before building something (or scrapping the idea entirely if nobody cares).

A few things it covers:

- What your biggest frustration actually is with your fitness routine

- Where you currently get nutrition/training advice (honestly)

- Whether there's one thing you'd want automated if you could

- What you wish existed that doesn't

Would massively appreciate it if you filled it out. Even if your answer is "I don't care about nutrition at all" — that's useful data.

Also happy to share results with the sub once I have enough responses. Cheers 🙏

Didn't clear CDS 1 2026 second time

Hey guys, as in the title, I didn't clear CDS 1 202,6 and this was my second time attempting. First, I attempted it without any prep, and this one was prep of around 2 months only, as my whole November and December, I was out for SSB. I will be 23 in November, meaning only 1 attempt left for AFA and Navy ( No for IMA ). Guys, I need guidance on how I can clear the next one - self study or any online course. I study for job prep too ( as I graduated in 2025 with a BTech ), so doing DSA and basic dev for like 4 hrs daily and then study for the rest. Any guidance would really help. Thanks!

Hey everyone 👋

I've been running for a while now and like a lot of you, I use a mid-range watch (CMF, Noise, Amazfit — that kind of thing)or phones. And honestly the apps that come with these watches are terrible. They give you numbers but never tell you what to do with them.

I've been looking at apps like Bevel, WHOOP, and similar tools that are popular among runners globally — but almost all of them are iOS only, or require a Garmin/Apple Watch to get any real value. Which is... not most of us. Also having training modules in runna being behind paywall.

So I wanted to ask the community genuinely:

What kind of app do you actually wish existed? And would you pay for it , if those existed !!

Not selling anything, not building anything yet — just genuinely curious what the Indian running community actually wants before anyone goes and builds the wrong thing.

Drop your thoughts below, even if it's just "I want X and nothing has ever done it properly." That's exactly the kind of feedback that matters. Doesn't matter only running general works too.

Happy running 🏃
