Hey all, I just built a new gaming PC and ran into something odd. Before installing Windows 11, everything seemed quiet and normal. But now, whenever I turn it on, the fans are always noticeable—even when I’m just browsing with no games installed. Sometimes they randomly ramp up too.
I’m wondering if this could be a fan setup issue. Are my fan placements possibly wrong? Which ones should be intake vs exhaust?
Also, I’ve noticed occasional lag when typing, which seems weird for a fresh build.

CPU/Mobo/RAM: AMD Ryzen 5 7500X3D / ASRock B850M-C (AM5) / G.Skill Flare X5 16GB DDR5-6000
SSD: Crucial P510 1TB PCIe Gen 5 NVMe
GPU: ASRock Radeon RX 9060 XT Challenger OC 16GB
PSU: Montech CENTURY II 850 Watt 80 Plus Gold ATX Fully Modular Power Supply
Fans: Corsair RS120 ARGB 120mm PWM
Cooler: Thermalright FW 360 SE ARGB AIO
