Been going way too deep down the 'Dead Internet Theory' rabbit hole lately, so I decided to make a short film about it. It’s definitely a little creepy to think about how much of our daily feed is just bots talking to bots.

The theory proposes a terrifying concept: sometime in 1988, a quiet but completely catastrophic event wiped out the original universe. But instead of fading to black, reality was instantly replaced by a near-perfect clone, a cosmic "save file" or simulation. We've been living in this slightly corrupted backup ever since, blissfully unaware that the sky above us, the history we learn, and even our own memories might just be data from a hastily rebooted system.
