Gigabyte BIOS refusing to recognize Windows Boot Manager on M.2 drive

Hello, i've posted this another place too but didn't get any responses so i'm trying here too.

My SATA SSD has been failing for some time, so i've decided that i download windows on my M.2 drive which used to only contain games. I've wiped it clean for partitions several times and installed both windows 10 and windows 11 on the drive repeatedly in different circumstances including isolated (all other drives disconnected) and i've also confirmed the boot manager and the windows files exist and have been installed in the target M.2 drive.

I just updated my BIOS on my Gigabyte B760 X Gaming ddr4 gen 5 motherboard which also didn't fix anything. I've scoured the internet for people with similar problems but it seems exceptionally rare with none of the forums i've visited seeming to find a solution to this. I've also contacted gigabyte support but their support website looks absolutely ancient and i've heard of really long response times. Does anyone have any idea on how to fix this?

M.2 Drive is not being recognized as boot drive despite installing windows on it

Ive had a failing SATA ssd for a while now and yesterday i was gonna start downloading windows on a bigger m.2 drive. I download the windows setup onto a USB drive and boot from it, and every single time be it a windows 11 setup or windows 10 setup it fails to recognize that its been installed on the m.2 drive, ive deleted partitions and reinstalled windows several times over, including enabling and disabling CSM support even asking AI for the past 8 hours and it simply wont work. I just updated the BIOS on my Gigabyte B760 GAMING X DDR4 GEN 5 motherboard in a last ditch attempt but it still doesnt seem to recognize the installation? I really need help on this one as im completely at a loss on what to do.
