Bibingka tips
Hi!!
I wanna attempt making traditional bibingka sana. For context, I am living abroad and have not visited for 7 years na. I’ve been craving bibingka lately, and may nagbebenta naman pero hindi lasang authentic. Any tips po to achieve that smokey flavour? Wala po akong access dun sa traditional materials na ginagamit, pero if may idea kayo that would be great! Salamat ng madami!
