Do not transfer your Commbank Yello points direct to Qantas FF

We have the CBA Ultimate credit card that we are keeping for now as we are travelling overseas next month and taking advantage of the no fx fees (also currently a free credit card for us as we also have our mortgage with them and wealth package waives the credit card fee)

Anyway, we have opted to transfer our points direct to Qantas FF for a $149 annual opt in fee. I didn’t realise that you can just convert your Yello points to Everyday Rewards which can then convert to Qantas points for free! Literally no difference with the qantas points conversion except we paid $149!

Called Commbank today to opt out and ask for a refund but they won’t allow refunds. Don’t do the same mistake as we did!

Bibingka tips

Hi!!

I wanna attempt making traditional bibingka sana. For context, I am living abroad and have not visited for 7 years na. I’ve been craving bibingka lately, and may nagbebenta naman pero hindi lasang authentic. Any tips po to achieve that smokey flavour? Wala po akong access dun sa traditional materials na ginagamit, pero if may idea kayo that would be great! Salamat ng madami!
