Is anyone else in SaaS/marketing feeling weird about the industry lately?

Maybe a weird question, but is anyone else in marketing/SaaS just not enjoying it as much lately? 😭

Coming from someone who genuinely LOVES this work. I did the internships, the brainstorming meetings, the creative events, the whole solopreneur phase finding clients around the world. I’ve spent years in this space and still spend way too much time thinking about content, strategy, distribution, all of it lol.

And I still work with great products, create content and care about the work. But lately everything just feels noisy. AI content everywhere, recycled playbooks, everyone copying everyone, the same advice in slightly different packaging. Sometimes it feels like we’re all remixing the same 5 ideas.

Maybe this is just a phase, but I’ve seen other people mention similar feelings too. I even saw the founder of a solid SEO tool step away recently and basically say he wasn’t sure he wanted to keep working in this space, and that kind of stuck with me.

Is this just part of the industry transition right now or am I being dramatic 😅

Hey, it's my first time here, so I was thinking of going to the SEO summit in Sibenik. I would like to know if its worth it, if some of you here attended it and so on. Thank you!
