I know it’s so early but im having the same cramps and back pain i only get when im pregnant. Not sure if they’re visible here (you kinda have to tilt your phone around) and i will retest in a few days but just wondering if anyone can see them or if anyone has seen a faint line as well this early?
Thanks

Ttc after a back to back miscarriage and chemical in February and March.

Side note, i also have a 4 yr old son, no complications with that pregnancy. All 3 pregnancies conceived at first try.

After the chemical the dr ran a few tests like vitamin d (was 19, is 48 now 6 weeks later), progesterone, thyroid, aps, prolactin, factor V, all came back normal. Ferritin was 23, i supplemented for 6 weeks and took a break from ttc to try to get those and the vitamin d levels up and the ferritin only went up only by 5. So now its 28.
I’m ovulating on Sunday or Monday and we wanna try again but i’m thinking of getting an iron infusion before just incase thats my issue.

Has anyone done that right before ovulation? Any advice is welcome! Thanks

I had 2 losses back to back. One at 7 weeks and one at 5 weeks. I did some bloodwork and my ferritin was 23, took supplements for 6 weeks. About 72-108 mg a day. Tested again yesterday so 6 weeks later and its only 28. So it only went up by 5! I was planning on trying again this cycle. Not sure what to do.
Note: my vitamin D was also very low 6 weeks ago, it was 19, its 48 now.

Thanks
