Why Is There No Outrage Over Palestinian Apartheid in Arab Countries?

Why is there so little outrage over how Palestinians are treated in many Arab countries?

People constantly use words like “apartheid” when talking about Israel, but Palestinians in Lebanon, Egypt, Syria, and Gulf countries have often been denied citizenship, property rights, political rights, and full employment rights for generations. In Lebanon especially, Palestinians are restricted from many professions and can’t even fully integrate into society.

So why is the anger almost always aimed only at Israel, while Arab governments that keep Palestinians stateless and marginalized get a pass?

Looking for recommendations for historical vampire novels

I’m looking for recommendations for historical vampire novels, especially books that mix real history with gothic horror, folklore, witch trials, religious paranoia, or dark supernatural mystery.

I recently found a few that seem close to what I’m looking for:

Blood of Salem: A Vampire Novel of the Witch Trials by Alden Graves
The Historian by Elizabeth Kostova
Anno Dracula by Kim Newman

I’m especially interested in vampire books set in earlier historical periods rather than modern urban fantasy. Salem, colonial America, medieval Europe, Victorian London, ancient folklore, plague-era settings, witch hunts, hidden vampire societies, religious horror, or alternate history would all be great.

What are the best historical vampire novels you’ve read? I’d love recommendations for books with strong atmosphere, historical detail, gothic horror, and a serious vampire story rather than romance-heavy paranormal fantasy.

Thanks in advance.

Best Novels About Nephilim, Lost Civilizations, Ancient Aliens, and Biblical Mysteries?

I’ve always been fascinated by stories that blend ancient civilizations, biblical mysteries, archaeology, and the possibility that humanity’s past is far stranger than we realize.

I’m looking for novels that explore ideas like the Nephilim, lost civilizations, ancient aliens, forbidden knowledge, and hidden truths buried beneath history.

A few I’ve found so far:

Before The Flood: A Nephilim Thriller by Ryland Stone

The Seventh Scroll by Wilbur Smith

The Atlantis Gene by A.G. Riddle

I’m especially interested in archaeological thrillers, biblical mysteries, ancient astronaut theories, lost civilizations, and stories where modern discoveries uncover secrets that could change our understanding of human history.

What are your favorite novels in this genre? Any hidden gems I should add to my reading list?
