What specific muscles should I be training to lift loose skin?

I am in the process of losing weight. I’m down 50 pounds and I’m noticing the skin more and more. I’m 24 and I’ve been fat all my life. I know genetics are the most important thing when it comes to skin bouncing back but I figure if I’m gonna have the skin I can at least build some muscle to lift some of it.

Areas I want to lift: arms, chest, stomach if possible.

Do I just work arms in general? I heard somewhere that back and shoulders helps lift the chest, is that true? Anything helps

My current routine is 2 days of full body a week.

I am a teacher who is trying to transition into insurance over the summer. I am taking my Property and Casualty exam next month, right after the end of school. I am aiming to be an Account Manager/Jr Account Manager (though if I run out of those to apply for, I will apply for producer roles).

Should I wait until I have passed my license exam to send out applications? Or should I just start applying now and mention that I am studying for my exam?
