My girlfriend told me yesterday that she cheated on me out the blue but then switched it real fast and made it seem like she was just joking. Should I start building my Rico or do nothing and just trust that it was all just a joke

Soooo I have a 1v1 tmr and ima need to wake my muscles up and have some energy to be prepared. Should I lift weights before? Energy supplements?? I will really appreciate the help
