It kind of reminds me of oyster but it bruised lightly where I touched it. Is this just a weird mutation? It’s very hard and growing a lot.

First pick it is much smaller in the bottom left of the image, last pic is closeup.

Variety is Intergalactic Handjob (so already very weird growth)

I am unsure if these buddies are ready or if I should let them keep going? They seem to still be growing but the tiny little caps seem to have opened.

My first time with a strange thing like this and I can’t find pictures or references to a grow of this variety.
