Hola :) I am planning a backpacking/hiking trip.
It seems there a enough busses and collectivos to the places I want to go.
Only village I couldn't find a lot was Layo. Do you know if there are collectivos from Sicuani to Layo (and back)?
If yes, how often do they go a day (in high season, july-august)? If no, do you know another way to go there?

I am planning a long hiking/backpacking trip. Start of july till start of september, so I would have 9 weeks if I spend all of them there.
I haven't decided on a country yet. Peru has always been on my travel list.
But I am a bit unsure about the hights. Can you recommend trails that are relatively easy, not too much climbing, to get used to the hight bit by bit?
Like I wouldn't start at Cusco, but want to go there at one point.

How are marked trails? How long can you just follow a marked trail?
How are your experieces with camping situation? How strict are the rules in the national parks?
Are there trails with not too much elevation? I love hiking but I am not so fit yet when it comes to climbing. Like for instance the Tarako national park sees amazing but I am not sure if could do it with my actual fitness level.
