2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 214k mile. Keep fixing or time to move on?

I have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 214k miles that we’ve owned for over 8 years. We’ve spent around $5k in repairs over the past year, and now it’s in the shop again with another nearly $2k quote.

I don’t necessarily mind fixing vehicles, but lately it feels like problems just keep popping up one after another and I’m worried more expensive repairs may be coming soon.

For those who’ve owned high-mileage Grand Cherokees, at what point did you decide it was no longer worth repairing and better to move on?

Need advice if this diagnostic charge is reasonable from a Nissan dealership.

My car has been going into limp mode and the ABS + traction control lights are on. The dealership says they need to do “further diagnosis” for code C1116 and quoted me about $630 just for diagnostics.
Does this sound reasonable for diagnosis (could go towards the fix) only? Could this issue possibly be related to the brake repair that was already done? Anyone familiar with Nissan C1116 codes or similar experiences?
