Been trying to improve my health for a while now. Began lifting at the gym a few months ago after a period of just eating to get healthy. Cleaning up diet now, hitting a small surplus and hitting 150g protein to hopefully let more of the next 6kg be muscle. Then will reevaluate.

Second photo for context of where I started. Over the last year and a bit I gained about 12kg, I’m a couple of kg down from my peak (not intentionally, I just started the gym a few months ago and didn’t change calories). To be honest, I feel fat but I think that might be dysmorphia because of where I started. Do I increase calories to add weight or stay where I am? And if I bulk, what do I aim for?

First time feeling actually confident in my body. Started at 53kg (left), hit a peak of 67kg (middle), and currently sitting at 64kg (right) at 5'11". Excited to start a controlled bulk again and see where I can take it. The first two pictures I was just eating to get healthy really, then started going to the gym doing pretty random stuff just to learn the ropes. Started following a more coherent three day PPL split since November which is the difference between the second and current image.

I’d like to aim to get into the low-mid 70kgs next.
